The first couple of weeks on a new diet tend to be exciting and it's easy to stay motivated when you feel like you're melting away the fat. As time goes on, the results will slow down, and that's when you will see the benefits of having access to a support network of other people who are going through the same stresses and challenges.
The Acai Berry is a great food, and the challenges of picking and processing it are real, so you can expect to pay a premium to get the food delivered to your doorstep, but don't feel that higher price automatically means higher quality.
