What is Your Biggest Temptation?

If I could change one bad habit that I have (among so many), I would change my intense craving for sweets.
This unforgiving craving for sugar has tortured me since I was young and as much as I have tried to squash it, my attempts have not yielded any long-term success.
Research has shown that women tend to crave more sugary foods - cakes, cookies, pies - you know, the good stuff that you immediately regret eating afterward. And men crave salty foods like chips, peanuts and pretzels.
Do you struggle with trying to control that insatiable urge to eat that piece of pie with ice cream or those oatmeal cookies - or even that bag of chips that are beckoning for your attention? Do you promise yourself time and time again that "...after this last indulgence, I will not eat any more junk."
The problem is not necessarily that we have that piece of cake or a few chips from time to time. The real issue is self-control. How often does only two cookies turn into ten or one piece of pie turn into three? How many times does a few chips turn into half a bag - after all, we "can't eat just one." Do we add additional hours to your workout to burn off the extra calories? Probably not.
What's your addiction? Do you crave the salt or the sugar? What is your biggest temptation?
